All our Drones are guaranteed new from authorised distributors in Australia. All our Drones are covered by the standard manufacturer’s Australian warranties.
Crazy Shot Drones definitely does not deal in any 'grey market', 'direct import' or so-called 'international versions' of goods. All our Drones are sourced from authorised distribution channels with original Australian warranties.
Return Policy
If you have any problems with your order, please email or call us right away - so that we can resolve any issues and work with you to keep your gear in good working order. Our customers come first!

We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are not in a condition to resell them as a new product. These parts can be complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. Our 30 day money back ensures that the customer will receive the cost of the sale minus original cost of shipping as long as the product has not been used, flown, or opened. If the original packing has been opened then the buyer may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
For any unopened products, you will have 14 days to return the product. All returns require a RMA Authorisation Number - Contact us before shipping any product back.
Warranty
Warranty for all products is as per manufacturers specifications. Crazy Shot Drones does not provide any warranties whatsoever and defers to the manufacturer for any complaints/warranties/guarantees as Crazy Shot Drones does not make, manufacture, or fabricate any of the products found herein.
The warranty does not cover, and Crazy Shot Drones is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component. If a Warranty issue does arise and the item must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement you can either contact the manufacturer and obtain an RMA number or you can ask us to manage the manufacturer warranty process on your behalf. Order Shipment:
We process orders within 2 days, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@crazyshotdrones.com.au
Damages:
All of our items are covered by a manufacturer warranty therefore you will need to return them to the manufacturer only.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos/videos to info@crazyshotdrones.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
NOTE: We require a valid shipping address for all orders. We cannot ship to PO Box Addresses.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Price Changes
Prices are subject to change. Products purchased before price changes do not qualify for any store credits, or refunds of the price difference.
Defective Dji Products
After 10 days of the original purchase date any defective DJI product received must be sent in to DJI for replacement or repair. Crazy Shot Drones is not responsible for defective items from DJI. Please contact DJI customer service at 818-235-0789 (US).
